Return Policy

We want you to have an unparalleled shopping experience at Gigglebox.  We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (except those items that are custom-ordered or personalized), you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt.  Please note that all returned items must remain in their original packaging and must be unused and in their original condition.

To return an item to Gigglebox, please call or email our Customer Service Department at 1-877-6-GIGGLE (877-644-4453) or customerservice@giggleboxstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This RMA will be valid for 10 business days.  Once Gigglebox has received your return with valid RMA number, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the returned item via the method used for payment, or we will ship the item you selected in exchange.  Please note that the shipper assumes the responsibility for all returned items should they be lost or damaged in transit.  Items that are returned to Gigglebox with an expired RMA or that have been used will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All sales on discounted and sale items are final.  Additionally, all items that have been custom-ordered or personalized are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
