Gigglebox makes every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you within the timeframe promised. Lead times provided are approximate and reflect the production time necessary to fulfill your purchase. Custom orders, including orders that require personalization, may take an additional 2-3 days. Dependent upon the shipping method chosen and destination, shipping transit times may add one to three weeks to your lead time. If you have any concerns regarding the timing of receipt of your items including a need for rush delivery, please call us or email us. Please note that most items are shipped via UPS and should be received within seven to ten business days.
